At this time, we ship merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date.
Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.
During holidays and major sale events, there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy. As well as, our items are custom made, so please allow additional time for vendor delays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.
