Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor.

All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order number.
If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away.
Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at anytime before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your patience.At this time, we ship merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 7-10 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date.
Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.
During holidays and major sale events, there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.
